Tools I Use
- Claude Code — writes and runs every bot. Scheduled tasks, hooks and MCP servers do the plumbing.
- Slack — approval buttons and error alerts. Nothing ships without a human click.
- Google Sheets — the team's databases. The bots write rows; people fix them.
- A Mac mini — always-on host for the bots (launchd, not Docker).
